     Morning Home Learning Activities

  • Morning Maths – For today’s learning please login to My Maths You will find activities to complete in the homework area when you login. We will be able to see your answers and marks, please make sure you reply to every question and click submit at the end so it saves all your answers. You can attempt these tasks more than once, so if you want to try and improve your score you can. On Seesaw  we have also set some small Maths challenges recapping skills learned throughout the year. Today’s it’s all about finding missing numbers.
  • English Writing – Log into Seesaw click on the task ‘Thursday 16th July Reading into Writing’. Over the year at Boundary we have tried our best to be more Eco Friendly in everything that we do. We have had many Eco days and events discussing how and why these are so important at Boundary. Here is a quick video to remind you of some of the important things. Today in your home learning book I want you to create a poster to encourage people to act more economically. Think about the key concepts which came up in the video. Remember to write today’s date and LO: My Eco poster. Then at the bottom of your poster write a sentence about how you would care for earth. Remember it’s a poster so try and make it as clear and colourful as possible.
  • Guided Reading – Please login into Seesaw and click the activity called ‘Thursday 16th July – Guided Reading’ then record your written task in your English Home Learning Book.

Afternoon Activity  

Please login into Seesaw  and click the activity called ‘Thursday 16th July –What should my teacher do this summer. Using the tools on Seesaw dress up Miss Ward and Miss Fielding to give them ideas of some activities they should try over the summer. After you have dress them up. In your home learning book, write a series of at least 10 sentences to describe the activity and convenience them to have a go. Remember you need to be as persuasive as possible. Think of all the positive things they would get if they took part.
