Can you go around you house and find objects that begin with ‘ch’? Maybe you could write a list of them or take photos on See-Saw for your teacher to see.
Writing –How to make a sandwich.
Click Here to watch the video of how to make a sandwich.
Can you write or draw a set of instructions in your busy book? Take a picture of your instructions on SeeSaw for your teacher to see.
You could even check your instructions work by following them and make yourself a sandwich for lunch!
Maths –2D shapes and 3D shapes
Watch the shapes songs:
How many 2D and 3D shapes can you name? Go round your house/garden and make a list of all the circles, squares, rectangles and triangle shapes you can see in your busy books. Can you find any other 2D shapes? Then go round looking for 3D shapes (cubes, cuboids, cylinders and spheres). Can you find any others?
Ask your grown up to cut out some 2D shapes. Can you make different pictures with them? Try drawing out a picture using just 2D shapes.
You can add photos to your See-Saw journey for me to see.
Reading– Log into Oxford Owls and read a book. You can record yourself on see-saw talking about what happened in the book and what you liked about it.
Afternoon- Choose your own activity from the list and complete in your busy book, feel free to send pictures or videos on SeeSaw
