Replay it over and over again as many times as you need. It has lots of suggestions and prompts about what you could write and what questions you could answer. I can’t wait to see what you all think might happen. Remember aim for between 6-8 sentences with connectives. Send us a picture of your work on Seesaw!

 Maths Task 1

There is lots of choice today for your first maths activity. Today I want you to find out what the word double means? Can you ask an adult or an older sibling at home? Once you know you could use a dice if you have one, roll it and then double the number. How many doubles can you get? Alternatively you could have a go at the double numbers game on ‘Hit The Button Doubles to 10’ or even challenge yourself and try ‘5-15 doubles’. Your third choice is to complete the task sheet on Seesaw. Let us know which activity you have chosen and how you get on!

Maths task 2 = Complete todays activity on Click herewebsite!

You have been sent your own personal login via your email address (which is on your home learning letter).

Log in to Oxford Owl and read one of your books. Record yourself on seesaw telling us what you did/did not like about the book and why.  Lots of new books have been added to the website recently. Which one are you going to choose?

Parents you can log onto Oxford Owl and create an account – it is free. Then search for E books, and choose phonics level 2, 3 or 5 depending on you child. Your child’s phonics level is also in the letter information pack you received.

Chosen afternoon activity

Choose your own activity from the ‘afternoon activities table’ in your home learning letter or the new afternoon activities sheet sent via email and complete it in your busy book. Feel free to send us any pictures on seesaw of your learning.

In addition to the above, we are also adding daily tasks to Seesaw which I know a lot of you are enjoying completing. We love seeing your videos, pictures and completed work – Please keep sending them to us JCompleting any work on Seesaw allows us to provide feedback on how you have done and give possible next steps. This is working really well. If you have any questions about anything at all you can contact us through our class email addresses or through Seesaw. All this information is in your home learning letter too. Thank you.
